Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. Due to the perishable and agricultural nature of shea butter, our refund policy has specific conditions.

Our commitment: We are committed to sending you quality products that match the agreed specification. If we make an error or you receive a product that does not meet the agreed standard, we will work with you to make it right.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at john@twentiethtaskenterprise.com or via WhatsApp at +233 24 097 9265.

After 24 hours, or once an order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted as goods will have been sourced and prepared on your behalf.
