1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at john@twentiethtaskenterprise.com or via WhatsApp at +233 24 097 9265.
After 24 hours, or once an order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted as goods will have been sourced and prepared on your behalf.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- The product received is significantly different from what was agreed and invoiced (e.g. wrong grade)
- The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging on our part
- The product is found to contain contaminants that were not disclosed
- The order was never delivered and is confirmed lost by the carrier
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after an order has been processed
- Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- Damage caused during handling by the buyer after delivery
- Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by the buyer
- Slight natural variations in colour, texture, or scent that are normal for organic shea butter
4. How to Make a Claim
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order reference number and invoice
- Include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
- Describe the problem in detail
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted. Please contact us at john@twentiethtaskenterprise.com.
5. Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, we will respond within 3 business days. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- A replacement shipment of the correct product
- A credit toward your next order
The resolution will be discussed and agreed with you before any action is taken. Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
6. Disputes
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
