2. Products and Services
Twentieth Task Enterprise sources and supplies organic shea butter from verified producers in Northern Ghana. Our products include:
- Raw Unrefined Shea Butter (Minimum order: 5kg)
- Refined Shea Butter (Minimum order: 5kg)
- Bulk Export Quantities (Minimum order: 25kg)
All products are sourced from vetted suppliers and are represented to the best of our knowledge as organic and natural. Product descriptions, grades, and specifications are provided in good faith.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard price is $5.00 USD per kilogram of shea butter. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed in the formal quote issued before any transaction is finalised.
We accept the following payment methods:
- International Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
- PayPal
- Wise (formerly TransferWise)
- Mobile Money (for local Ghana transactions)
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before goods are processed and dispatched. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Order Process
Orders are placed through our website quote request form, by email, or via WhatsApp. A formal invoice will be issued for every order. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5–14 business days of payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and shipping destination.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is arranged by Twentieth Task Enterprise from Accra, Ghana. All shipping costs are calculated separately and will be clearly stated in your formal quote. Delivery timeframes vary by destination.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier. We provide all necessary export documentation including packing lists and certificates of origin upon request.
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges applicable in their country. Twentieth Task Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Quality and Inspection
We inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet the agreed grade and specification. If you have concerns about a product received, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After goods have been processed or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Twentieth Task Enterprise's liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased in that specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
