Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Accra, Ghana. Shipping costs are calculated per order and included in your formal quote. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Buyers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. Twentieth Task Enterprise does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they will be.

We strongly recommend that buyers check their country's import regulations and applicable duties for shea butter before placing an order.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your shipment. Updates will be sent to your registered email address.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details and photographic evidence of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that buyers arrange cargo insurance for high-value orders.
