1. Dispatch Location
All orders are processed and dispatched from our base in Accra, Ghana. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we ship to your country.
2. Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and ready for dispatch within:
- Small orders (5–24kg): 3–5 business days
- Mid orders (25–100kg): 5–10 business days
- Large/bulk orders (100kg+): 10–21 business days
These timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and the complexity of your order. You will be notified of any delays.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately based on:
- Order weight and volume
- Destination country and city
- Preferred shipping speed (standard vs. express)
- Current carrier rates
All shipping costs will be clearly stated in your formal quote before you confirm your order. You will never be surprised by hidden shipping charges.
5. Shipping Documentation
For all international orders, we provide the following documentation:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading or airway bill
- Certificate of origin (on request)
- Phytosanitary certificate (on request for applicable destinations)
6. Import Duties and Taxes
Buyers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. Twentieth Task Enterprise does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they will be.
We strongly recommend that buyers check their country's import regulations and applicable duties for shea butter before placing an order.
7. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your shipment. Updates will be sent to your registered email address.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details and photographic evidence of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that buyers arrange cargo insurance for high-value orders.
